A quasi trent’anni dalla fine dell’Apartheid, il Sudafrica è un disastro. Tra enormi diseguaglianze, inefficienza delle forze di polizia, corruzione, presidenti dalle capacità discutibili (Zuma…), crisi economia e, non per ultimo, frequenti blackout giornalieri, la maggior parte dei sudafricani vive in un vero e proprio incubo. Com’è potuto accadere, tutto ciò? Il Sudafrica diventerà uno Stato fallito?
